Every country has its own way to cook.
Let’s take a look at how barbecue is done around the world.
1. USA
When holidays come, barbecuing is one of the ways to celebrate for sure like Memorial Day, Independence Day, etc. Ribs brisket and pulled pork are the common one
2. China
Char Siu, also called barbecue pork, is a popular dish in China.
The meat is placed on an elongated fork and roasted over an open fire.
Char Siu has charred and reddish skin, and it tastes sweet but savory!
3. Turkey
Shish Kabobs are thought to emerge during soldiers’ lives.
They always skewer and grill pieces of animals but most lamb on their swords traditionally.
The most interesting thing is that vegetable won’t contain with meat in the same skewer.
